Danielle was not what I would call a cuddly person, not a knock against her at all. Some people are and some people are not. She also wasn’t a big fan of letting the kids crawl into our bed first this in the morning. Maybe it was perhaps because she always has gotten up for work generally before kids would wake up.
My boy Austin has started to get up early in the morning usually doing a lap of the house before anyone is awake and is usually up to no good. This morning he was down into the bucket of cookie cutters pulling out the airplane shape as he likes to fly it around the house.
I have started to call him into my bedroom with the hopes of turning into a morning cuddler. Right now he is snuggled in beside me flying his airplane all around and it just crashes down. Oh my goodness.
It’s such an amazing way to start the day full of laughter giggles and tickles. Much like it’s a perfect way to end the day with bedtime stories in much the same way.
